Welcome to HCM
First of all let me tell you on what factor the blood sugars depend . 1. Amount of food consumed . 2. Physical activity . 3. Dose and timing of medication .
So if your dose and timing of medication is constant then the culprit is the amount and quality of food consumed or the physical activity .
I advise you to consult a dietician who can advise you the right amount and the right type of food so that if you diet is correct , then for a regular physical activity and constant dose and timing of medications your blood sugars will not fluctuate so much .
