Hi, thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
I have gone through your query.

After a blunt injury (bitten by a ball over the face),slight bruise is a minor injury due to trauma of tiny blood vessels under the skin.If you also suffer from other symptoms like reduced vision, difficulty in eye movements, facial swelling, crepitus around eyes, then a fracture of facial bones around eyes might be suspected and advise for CT scan Facial bones..If not, then there is no need to worry. The bruise under your eyes will go away in a week time.

Now to the nose complain,as you said that you are having pain on the side of nose, generally this would also be soft tissue pain.In such a case mild bleeding may occur from the nose.If you are suffering from symptoms like Swelling of the nasal bridge,Change in the shape of nose, Crepitus on touching the nose or severe or recurrent bleeding from nose, then a fracture of nasal bone might be suspected,in which case it would be advisable to have X-ray both nasal bones.

At present, you may find relief by taking following medicines:
Analgesic with Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Decongestant nasal drops like Xylometazoline.
Avoid touching your nose.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
