Is The Pain In The Lower Back And Buttocks Spreading To Legs Is Normal After An Accident?

Hi doctor, I had a car accident last Friday and felt fine at the time since then an hour later my neck started to hurt and right side but then two days later all the pain and disability moved to my left side from lower back to buttock and down my left leg and currently very sore knee and below , is this normal what is happening , is this part of whiplash . I can t walk or stand for very long at all maybe five minutes ?

I can understand this the history of accident is there, no symptom can be said normal in case of accident, all the symptoms whether minor or major should be taken seriously, if you have such symptoms of pain then this could be due to sft tissue, muscular, orthopedic injuries, if this does not got alright even after the analgesic medicines then this need to be investigated, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
