Is The Sperm Count With 10 Million/1ml Normal?

Viscosity – High Reaction – Alkaline Normal Range: 7.2 – 8.0 Morphology - Head - Neck -Ttail Motility – Active - 10% Sluggish - 5% Death - 5% Non-Motile - 80% Count- 10 million / 1ml Other - Pus cells presented. What is the condition? is it normal?

Hi, the count is slightly low. But more importantly 80% are non motile. And the presence of pus cells all suggest some infection. I suggest you get a semen culture done. That will tell you what organisms are growing and what antibiotics to treat them. Have the antibiotics for two weeks and then get a Semen analysis repeated. You should be alright. Do not worry.
