Is The Term Dump Body, Related With Water Retention?

Hi, why do we say some people have a "dump body" and could be the cause of water retention? the reason I am asking this question is that I have always been quite healthy and all of a sudden I have put on 4kgs...for no obsvious reason...I am trying to understand but really can't...I eat healthy and exercise every day....help!!

I am so sorry to hear about the weight issues. Diet, regular exercise and an active lifestyle would help you to drop. Dump body is not a well known medical jargon and I would suggest you try to explain it. Water retention may lead to weight gain but this is not often the cause of weight gain without visible edema.
