Is The Tingling And Pain In Arms Due To Estrogen For Menopause?

I have been diagnosed with menopause and was put on estrogen. I have been on them for 3 months and the veins in my arms hands and feet are really showing and I have tingling in my hands. My arms hurt when this is happening. they would go now but now there staying big and bulging and painful. could it be the estrogen?
