Is There A Alternative To Magnesium For Gastroparesis And Constipation ?
I have Gastroparesis and am always constipated I find myself having to drink magnesium citrate 3 to 4 times a week on top of regular doses of miralax. Tonight I drank magnesium citrate and shortly after the upper right side of my stomach started to hurt and burn. not sure what to do I really hurts
