welcome to hcm,
first i would like to know whether ct brain has been taken or not if not take a ct brain first
the next thing is i want to know his blood pressure
next thing is i want to know the ct brain result
stroke may occur in hemorrhages which is life threatening and may take a longer time to recover so please kindly review with CT brain results and review for a better opinion
regards
Dr.Amarnath.
