Is there a condition that relates to not having feelings of remorse for behavorial situations. I have a 12 year old grandson that I feel is missing this personality trait. He never seems to have any conscience of remorse if he hurts his siblings

Hai... I feel definitely he requires a clinical psychological consultation. Only one question... Did this start after he experienced or seen any traumatic incident.
