Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic! Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options. First of all let me tell you that polycystic ovary is a syndrome and not a disease. It is a life style disorder, it can be treated with healthy life style changes that include proper diet and exercise regimen, also I suggest to patients to avoid refined sugars, deep fried foods. Polycystic ovary is a state of excess female hormone -estrogen. Please get USG/ Mammography done for breast lump. I could not find your age or obstetric history in your query. But I want to assure you tht not all breast lumps are cancers. I hope my answer helps you. Thanks.
