Is There A Permanent Cure For Neckpain Apart From Being Treated With Inections, Exercise?

I am having neck pain for past 2+ years. I went across the following treatments homeopathy, acupuncture treatment (3 times), allopathy, ayurveda and siddha. I had under gone X-ray, CT scan and MRI too. I went MRI in Bangalore Hosmat Hospital and the report suggested there is Mild Posterocentral bulge of c4-c5 and c5-c6 discs and everything else is normal. The doctor suggested to go for Eldervit -12 injection + some d-360 . So for I had taken 14 injections and in parallel I do under take some exercise. I was felling little bit numbness in my right hand and tingling in my neck and it got reduced a bit. After good sleep I feel normal and if I sit for long time I fell some pain in my neck and I am not using any pillows for 5 years and I walk a lot daily. So can you please suggest me what to go for next to be cured permanently.

Your problem is due to bulges in inter vertebral discs which is secondary to age wise degeneration process in cervical spine.
The degeneration can not be reversed back by any treatment. One can try to prevent further damage & have a comfartable life. This can be achieved by various methods you have tried.
The best among them being exercises along with vitamin D, B 12 supplements,calcium as per need & pain killers as & when required.
Surgery is performed when every thing else fails to help/ for decompression of the nerve root or spinal cord itself.
