Is There A Possibility Of HIV Here?
This is my question: I shaved my pubic hair and then had my bath.during my bath i noticed i had cuts on my pubic area. Two hours later, i had a protected sex.i want to know the risk of contracting hiv,if the semen from my partner is infected and had robbed on my pubic area that had cuts.

Possibility of hiv is always there after sexual contact. however after protected sex its nneglible chances. But we cant say that there is no chances. So its wise to go through the hiv testing once. Go for confirmatory test after a month of exposure. and make yourself ensure. However is chances are negligible.

Don't worry at all. there is negligible chances of contracting hiv in this case. but still theoretically there is a chance as you say if semen is infected and its come in contact. so after a month go for hiv test once to ensure yourself and mental peace, go for confirmatory test. because antibody test is not helpful in such short period
