Is There A Possibility Of Blood Clot From The Extended Car Trip?

I drove several hours today (6 hour Road trip) and my left foot ( not used for driving ) suddenly became very painful and hard to move (also cannot walk on it). The veins are pronounced and bluish and I had no injury to it. Is it possibly a blood clot from the extended car trip? I drove the 6 hour trip Saturday with no problems but now can barely walk -

hi
It may be due to overstrain, just do hot fomentation and take tylenol or advil tabs, raise and rest foot on a chair while sitting and do gentle toe movements.Apply local anti-inflammatory crem or gel after fomentation. It will settle soon
best wishes
