Is There A Possibility To Conceive If The Sperm Motility Is 20%?

Hi, i have a missed abortion last year on july 2011 then from oct i was trying for a baby as my husband sperm motility is 20 % can i conceive again or else wht shold i do . last year i conceived normally as i have done 3 times iui but no success then after i was conceived naturally please advice. Hello
Youare very lucky indeed if you conceived with 20% sperm motility? Please get your husbands semen tested for Pus cells and Get a Doppler study of scrotum for presence of Varicocele.
