Is There A Possibility To Lose 3 Kg In 4 Weeks?

I am 13 years old. My weight now is 55kg and my height is 1 meter 62 centimeters.I have been on a diet for 3 days but I haven t lost weight. In 4 weeks, i will have to go to school and not be able to diet. I want my weight to be 52kg. Will i be able to lose 3kg in 4 weeks? What should i do in order to be thinner and fitter? Oh, i forgot to tell you, the diet i am using is Low Carb diet. I am very shy and i hesitate to tell my parents and my relatives that i am on a diet.so should i tell them?...in additional, i want my thighs to be smaller.what should i exercise?I really need your advice. thank you for reading my question and i hope i will receive your answer soon.

Hi,
You are little bit over weight and requires loosing of weight.
Do regular exercises like running, swimming, jogging daily and regularly for 45 minutes.
Control your food with law fat and carbohydrates.
Only control of diet is not enough but physical exercises is equally important as well.
To keep your feet and thighs lean and thin, do leg exercises like running, jogging, jumping ropes, leg raising exercises.
