Is There A Relationship Between Neck Inflammation And Stress?

Hi. Is there a relationship between neck inflammation and stress? I feel a lot of pain in my neck when I am stressed but am not sure exactly what will be going on. When I jog for long distances the neck relaxes. (I think it may also be related to blood circulation). What advise would you give with such a problem?

Dear Sir,

You need to relax your neck during work by doing neck movements at regular intervals .
