Is There A Vegan Replacement For Shelcal In Pregnancy?
We am a pure Vegetarian family. My wife in the last trimester of her pregnancy & she has been advised to take Shelcal as calcium supplement & when I looked at Shecal I got to know that it is derived out of Oyster. Is there a Vegan replacement is available in the market.

Well there are calcium supplements which are strictly vegetarian.
Look for calcium supplements which have vitamin D2 instead of vitamin D3.
a few which i can suggest is VegLife vegan calcium supplements, Lifeplan calcium supplement 500mg, Vitabiotics osteocare calcium tablets.
