Is There Any Chance To Reappear The Removed Fibroid Tumor?

Some 10 to 15 years ago I had a fibroid tumor removed, a very large one. At this point in time I have finished going through menopause at 52, common for my mother's family, but I have note that now and again, I have been having pains in the exact same point. I'll experience the same pain and then won't make itself known for months or years. I've read that they can come back, should I be worried and see a doctor?

Hello

Pain may be due to some other reasons.
Once fibroids are removed they do not grow back usually.Besides clinical evaluation, you also need ultrasound of pelvis.
Pain may be due to other causes like pelvic adnexal pathology, genitourinary causes etc.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
You should consult your doctor.

Get well soon.
Take Care
