hi doc, my child is 2months old, i noticed red pimples on his neck and chin which now turned into white patches.wat do i do

Welcome to HCM
Read your prob, red pimple like lesion appeare on skin of your child, most common causes at 2 month of age are milk allergy, insect bite, or due to dryness of skin. you should not do anything for it , they can be subside gradually. if they grow n spread fast then rule out other cause by consulting pediatrician. do not worry this is curable.

you need to consult dermatologist near by you
there is no sub speciality like infact skin doctor
skin doctor has enough knowledge to treat it
what your child has may be papular urticaria or pyoderma .
better to consult dermatologist
avoid sun exposure
