Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

Hi My wife just had Vaginal Scan and her Maternal Structure's results show the following:

* Uterus: anteverted. Uterine anomalies: subseptated Uterus.
* Right ovary: Visibility: Normal
* Left ovary: Visibility: Normal

Could anyone please tell us if there is a need to worry?

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There is mention of sub septate uterus which is presence of a partial septum involves endometrial canal but not cervix. This can cause problems during implantation and continuation of pregnancy and needs to be discussed in detail with your doctor. Since the septum is not complete there are chances of a favorable pregnancy with a little amount of associated risk.The ovaries are normal and not a cause of concern.
