Hello
Thanks for writing to us

According to reports you have polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD) like features in left ovary. It is suggested by multiple small peripherally arranged follicles.
PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD.
PCOD is a curable disease and your condition can be managed by medicines.
Pregnancy may result after control of PCOD as PCOD is related to infertility.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
