normal mensuration start 17/8/12 and stay 10 days and heavy to visit the doctor ,doctor prescribed utergin & ovipauz -l next cycle start 11/9/12 stay 07 days and then start 22/9/12 . usg done on asper doctor prescribed seen
1) bulky uterus with thick endometrium
2) bulky right overy with follicles
what can i do?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your USG report suggests bulky uterus with thickened endometrium and bulky right ovary.
You need biopsy of endometrium.Thickened endometrium may be due to both benign or malignant causes, which can only be confirmed by biopsy .
It is important to know your age and symptoms.
Uterus is enlarged in size with normal echotexture.
Bulky right ovary may be due to many reasons like PCOD ,inflammation etc.It need clinical correlation.
