sir, pregnancy test showed positive, but before two days light brown discharge was seen and today spotting has been seen. i have gone for scan the report showed as anteverted. bulky in size and shows single regular gestation sac without fetal pole.yolk sac was noted.Please tell me the health condition of fetal

According to reports,you have single regular gestation sac without fetal pole.You didn't mentioned gestational age by LMP or by USG.
Uterus is anteverted and bulky in size.
At present it is early to conclude any thing.
You need follow up scan after 10 days.
Further treatment depend upon follow up scan reports.
