Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

Hi My age is 29 years, I am going through ovulation study, today is my 14th day of period, left ovury follicle size is 27 mm, right ovary is PCO, endometrium thickness 11mm, can any one suggest me when it will be reptured and any chance to conceive on this month cycle?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your follicular study is absolutely normal.
Dominant follicle in left ovary will take part in ovulation and it will be available for fertilization.Left ovarian follicle is on the verge of ovulation.
Ovulation is indicated by mild free fluid in POD.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
Endometrial thickness is also satisfactory.
