Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Multiple minute anechoic cysts in both ovaries may be due to physiological follicles or PCOD(Polycystic ovarian disease). You need further evaluation by trans vaginal sonography to see ovarian stromal echogenesity and their appearance. It should be correlated clinically and by hormone assay to confirm PCOD.
Uterus appears normal.
There is no free fluid in POD.

Take Care
Dr.Indu Bhushan
