Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to the reports you have fibroid in the posterior intramural region of the uterus.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.Due to fibroid, uterus is enlarged in size.
Treatment of fibroid uterus is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc.
Rest of the findings are normal.
You should consult your gynecologist.
Hope i have answered your query.
