Is There Any Doctor Available To Interpret This Report?

My weight in the past year has suddenly shot up by 25 kgs, I did a blood test to see if it had somethinh to do with my thyroid. The results of the test show that my TSH 3rd generation serum is 16.991, please advice what needs to be done and is my weight gain attributed to this.

hi, your TSH level is very high. it suggest you have hypothyroidism. hypothyroidism is directly related to the weight gain. so its clear cut that you are suffering from hypothyroidism and thats why you have gain weight. dont worry you can take medicine to control that. you can use thyroxin according to your doctors advice. you will definitly get benefit from that.
