According to reports, uterus is heterogeneous in echotexture with multiple fibroids largest measuring 3.7 cm in posterior wall of the uterus. Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus. Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc. She should consult gynecologist. There is age related cyst in cervix s/o nabothian cyst. Rest of the findings are normal. Hope i have answered your query.
