Hello and welcome to health care magic. I'm Dr Sharon.
Your xray and symptoms are suggestive of Lower respiratory tract infection which evolved into a lobar pneumonia. Inhomogeneous densities on lower lobe is suggestive of consolidation which is suggestive of Pneumonia. Rest of the findings are normal. Trachea is normally midline and it gets deviated to right or left if there is a huge mass or fluid collection on the opposite side. There are different conditions that can cause increase in heart size. But your heart is of normal size.
So advice is to visit your physician and he will give you a course of antibiotics for 5 days and expectorants to reduce your cough.
Hope this discussion will be helpful to you.
Thank you.
