Is There Any Doctor Available To Interpret This Report?

Hi, my wife got tested for coombs indirect test and was found positive in undiluted serum. however, she is negative in titres 1:8 . She has entered in the six months of pregnancy. she was also given anti-D after miscarriage. Pl, tell me the complications and how to get rid of this situation.

I understood your concern....
Looking to her profile....As she is having Indirect coombs test positive but having titre....less than...1:8...she will be managed...noninvasively...concervatively....
As ICT antibody titre of less than 1:32....managed...concervatively....she is followed with repeat....indirect...coombs titre....2-4 weeks...interval....
also follow regular antinatal check up...and follow up.....
also...keep in mind...titre of 1:4 indicates...sensitization...means carefull and watchfull next time....
It was good that she was given anti D after miscarriage....
so just positive indirect coombs test...doesnt concern....its titre elevation to significant level of greater than 1:32...is of concern....
