Is There Any Drug Interaction Between Lyrica, Tylenol And Topomax?

I have a chronic back and neck problem that causes me great pain. I also have anxiety for which I take

xanax. I am on tylenol #3 for pain and my orthopedic doctor just prescribed Topamax for the pain in my back and neck and for the possibility that I have fibromylgia.

I took Lyrica for a while and got good results as far as the pain, but my ankles swelled and I stopped the medication. I have also tried neurontin.

Are these drugs dangerous in any combination, and do you have a recommendation for some other drug that may helf with the pain?

Your help willl be very appreciated.

Hello. The mentioned drugs can be taken together but Gabapentin or Pregabalin have greater analgesic effect than topiramate. I also think that acetaminophen is not enough to severe pain, should be replaced by other drugs such as
Aceclofenac or Tramadol.
I wish you good health.
