Is There Any Drug To Assist A Schizoaffective Patient To Avoid Urination In Bed?
My son is schizoaffective, has been on clozapine 6mths, 475mg daily, constance bet wetting, has been on minirin with no change, sleeps very sound unable to wake up, is there any other drug that mnight assist, as ready to request he go back on olazapine

Most effective treatment in such patients would be going back to your old ideas of teaching a kid not to bed wet. Behavioral therapy works best in such patients. Consult your psychiatrist for options like alarm bell, fluid restriction and stuff like that. Drugs do help but remission is common upon stoppage.
