Ethically and/or legally, are non-specialists (not a urologist or oncologist ) qualified to give a prognosis for a patient with terminal prostate cancer ? Is there any governance preventing them from doing so ?

Usually non specialist may not commit because there are all the chances of differing
it from specialist, because they are more specific and much more experticed in
there subject and better experienced people. Non specialist may discuss with them
on your behalf to give you better under standing. No body is preventing from doing
so, but kind of responsibility they carry, they know it. Thanks
