Hello,
Glybenclamide and metformin both can cause diarrhea and they are present in triglucored forte.
There are plenty of other oral antidiabetic medications belonging to different classes which can be given to you lke newer drugs called as GLIPTINS,alpha glucosidase inhibitors etc.
You can consult a diabetologist or an internal medicine specialist for proper investigations and management.
Thanks
