my 4 year son not able to talk, he still talking in words not able to make sentenses... he is hyperactive ..do you think any medicine is going to help to concentration ...he is not sitting one place keep running one place to another place ... only watch TV and computer in hours ...

Hi...this symptoms can be suggestive of ADHD.. There are medication available but I would advice you to get your son examined once by a pediatrician to rule out other causes. Also this medication need to be started under supervision with behavior modification techniques. Let me know if you need any help.
