my son is 11 yrs old.his weight is 32kg and height is only 128 cm. we r vegetarians. he is going for badminton coaching. is there any medication or excercise or food to increase his height and weight.both the parents are around 155cms.thank you

His age is only 11years and he will have very good height and weight in future.
Nothing to worry, give him high protein nourishing diet.
Ask him to go exercises like running, swimming, cycling jogging by which there will be increase in his height.
