Is There Any Medicine For Immature Heartbeats?

hi,
my cardiolog did a castarization for my heart and said all veins are opened and i donr have any probllem.
i have an immature heart beat,,,30000 per 24 hours
they sujjested to do a surgery to cure.
i take concord 5mg for heart beats ,and take micardis and coveram5/5 for high blood pressure.which is stable at 120-130 / 75-85
i want to know if there is a medicine for the immature heart beats instead of an operation.
i am 57 and live in china,,,,also not rich.

30000 pvs in 24 hours are dangerous as they can result in nonsustained ventricular tachycardia which can change to sutained ventricular tachycardia
most common cause of pvc is ischemia of cardiac muscles as cardiac cath done is normal hence electrophysiological studies should be done on heart to rule out any accesory pathway or site of origin of faulty signals.
you are on concor thats the best drug for pvc
but as per your hitory electrophysiological test and ablation have to be done
but if you can afford it really
then tablet amiodarone can be tried under consultation of a cardiologist
