Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic
Final height is determined mainly be genetics, though environmental factors such as diet and physical activity as well as a history of chronic illnesses , can play a small part.
During childhood and adolescence, there is
cartilage at the end of the long bones (the bones in the arms and legs) that is involved in growth, called the
epiphyseal plate. At the end of adolescence this cartilage is replaced by what it called epiphyseal line and no further growth or lengthening is possible.
This is the reason the use of or excess production of
growth hormone in children and adolescence can result in increase in height while its use in adults does not cause increase in height. Adults with growth hormone excess have increase in tissue and widening of bones not lengthening.
You can try
yoga and pilates. These will not increase your height but will strengthen core muscles, improve posture and stretch your muscles , this may result in the impression of increased height.
I hope this helps
