Is There Any Permanent Cure For Perianal Abscess?

Hello Sir
I have undergone perianal abcess surgery. however it reoccured.
My doctor says it is rehappening as there are bacteria is infecting. Also my doctor says i have to feel happy as it is not a fistulla.So can you please suggest me how can i avoid permanently.

you have to repeat the surgery and remove all loculi of the abcess , then followed by antibiotics both systemic and local i
