Is There Any Possibility To Correct The Abnormal Viscosity And Low Active Counts ?

have a nice day,i am 30 years old ,having no babies for 1 year after marriage,
my seminal fluid analysis showed the following:
color: white greyish, reaction : alkaline , volume:6 ml, viscosity: abnormal (increased), liquefaction time: 1 hr &35 min
total count: 48 million per ml, active 20 %, sluggish 45%, non motile 35%
morphology :80% normal, 20 % abnormal
no rbc or pus cell.
so can I correct my abnormal viscosity & low active counts? can i have a baby?
with my best regards

Hello,
If this was the first ever semenalysis, you need to repeat it with an interval of about a month to come to a conclusion. Also, please see an andrologst to get further help regarding any associated conditions and in improving the quality of the semen. Progressive motility should b measured in active sperms and if this is encouraging, you can wait; though counts can be increased through medication, motility is difficult to improve and in which case, IUI should be considered. Hope this helps.
