Is There Any Problem To Take Cod Liver Oil And Silica Complex Tablets Together?

My wife and I are 65 yrs old and we take the following tablets once every day.( I think we have a pretty good diet anyway .) Cod liver oil 1000mg, garlic 1000mg, vit E-1000 IU, vit C 1000mg, and I have in addition a Silica complex tablet. Is this ok to take these and also altogether ?
