Is there any safe medication to relieve the stiffness and pain of arthritis if you have a history of heart disease and are taking these heart medications: amiodarone, carvedilol, Crestor, brilinta, a nitro patch and also take regularly cymbalta and omeprazole? YYYY@YYYY

Only medications which are helpful as well as safe in patients suffering from arthritis are Paracetamol and Tramadol, but should be taken on prescription of a physician. Most of the medications, particularly NSAIDs may cause trouble to those suffering from heart diseases. Also, depending on the type of arthritis you are suffering from (there are many types), you might be needing other medications to control arthritis. Physical activity and hot water fomentation can also help to reduce the pain and stiffness
