Is There Any Side Effect Of Using Asthalin As A Regular Drug?

Hello doctor, I am 33 year male. I am having this wheezing problem since my early college days. I am been advised by a doctor to use asthalin 100 mg dose twice a day. But now a days i became a habit i carry it along with me all the time. Somedays use it thrice also. Is there any side effect of using asthalin as a regular drug every day?

Yes, it can cause the side effects.

Asthalin (Salbutamol) inhaler 100 mcg is used to relieve breathing difficulties including, wheezing, shortness of breath, tightness of the chest that occur in reversible obstructive diseases like asthma, chronic bronchitis, and emphysema.

The most common side effects include:
Throat irritation, headache, tremor, rapid heart beat.
Less common side effects include palpitations and muscle cramp.
