Hi
Welcome to health care magic.
Kidney stone is very unlikely to cause the problem of dizziness or any other imbalancing problem.
Levofloxacin and metrogyl that is metronidazole are well known to produce adverse drug effects in some patients during the initial days of treatment.
I will like you to get yourself evaluated by your physician for your problem and to modify the treatment or drop it all together.
The symptoms should resolve in a day or two of changing the treatment.
I hope the advice will be helpful for you.
