Hello,

How do you know that decreased sodium in your blood? Usually levocetirizine with monterleukast may not cause hyponatremia. It may be excessive sweat loss or decreased intake or through renal loss or due to drugs like diuretics. Get well hydrated, avoid hot climate roaming. Use ORS sachets for rehydration. Please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
