Is There Any Side Effects For Taking Magnesium Oxide With B6?

Hi, I m concerned about taking Magnesium Oxide with B6. Worried about side effects. 25 mg of B6, 400mg of Magnesium. Am I going to have reactions? Think I will get away with one, the 1st , pill? Should I lower the dosage? Have had bad muscle (leg) cramps. I am always nervous about meds. Thank you.

Don't worry because Mg haven't interaction with VIt B6 .

While common side effects of B6:

Dosage you use is enough and do not use more than 3 months in row.
