Is There Any Side Effects In Taking Folinine D And Duphaston During Pregnancy?

I am 4 week pregnent and i dont have any problem but doctor prescribed me two medicine 1. folinine-D and 2. duphaston 10 mg. but when i search on internent these medicine has bad side effect to child and mother also i am little bit confused and i already taken that medicine for 4 days......can i stop to eat that medicine..??

medication help the fetus (folinina) and implantation (duphaston).
