Is There Any Side Effects Of Medicines Taken For Conceiving And How Long Can We Continue ?

Good Afternoon Doc ., My wife is talking two medicines Ovacare Forte and BLong F, our Gynocologist advice us. This is for conceiving. Is their any side effects of these? Which are the good natural supplement for these? For how many days we can take these, because already we are taking from last 4 Months

These are vitamin and micronutrient based formulation and usually tolerated well and can be taken for long period as per doctor suggestions.

Ovacare forte is formulation of micronutrients including the specific nutrients Myo-inositol, D-chiro inositol, N-acetyl cysteine and L-arginine.

Vitamin B12 and folic acid & other antioxidants useful in the management of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome & associated female infertility.

Blong contains Pyridoxine and folic acid useful in neuropathy and folic acid is also useful in early pregnancy to prevent some fetal abnormalities especially neural tube defects.
They are present in Green leafy vegetable,nuts, and nonveg dietary sources.
