Is There Any Solution To Cure Cervical Spine?

may i ask what is the best thing to with my cervical spine c'4 c'5? my doctor said put a neck collar support and my spine c'4 and c'5 that there's no more water coming into my spine c'4 c'5 what should i do? IS THE THERAPHIST can do it to cure it? thank you!

I understand your concern and would explain that a cervical collar would help increase the stability of the cervical column and prevent further damage from compression to the spinal cord.

Some painkillers would be helpful.

I would not recommend performing and massage or physical exercise during this period, because it may exacerbate the situation.

You should discuss with a neurosurgeon about surgery if the problem persists.
