Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

Menier disease also called endolymphatic hydrops ...In which inner ear pressure get increased ....

For this disease you have to take low salt diet ....
Avoid smoking , alcohol ....
Thiazide diuretic can be prescribed....
Regular exercise needed....
If vertigo present then betahistine given....

There are few surgical procedure also available like.....
- endolymphatic sac procedure to reduce inner ear pressure and .....
-vestibular nerve section for reducing vertigo. ....

You can consult Ent surgeon for that ...
